To receive an offer of place from a school, you will need to provide a copy of your passport and your contact information including a phone number and email address.

Airport pick up is included free of charge for all students that enrol in a program through Epic Ed.

Course fees need to be paid before arriving in New Zealand and should be paid directly to the school. Specific payment instructions will be sent through with your Offer of Place. The homestay placement fee will be paid on arrival to New Zealand.

There is a one off $225 charge for homestay placement and then an ongoing weekly fee. We take pride in offering a high standard of homestay families to suit all ages and requirements.

Fees for each school are generally the same whether you use an agent or not. In some cases we can get better prices due to special offers we receive from schools which we can pass onto you.

We have arrangements with schools all over New Zealand, meaning we receive remuneration from schools rather than from students.

Epic Ed does not charge an enrolment fees. It is however normal practise for schools in New Zealand to charge an enrolment fee.
