Rayan Hashim
Director – Middle East
Rayan is one of the founders of Epic Ed. He is the main point of contact for students and families, from before they begin their study until long after they arrive in New Zealand. Rayan is very knowledgeable about the New Zealand education system, first coming to Auckland to study English as a 17 year old and returning to Auckland to complete his degree in Microbiology at Auckland University of Technology. He is passionate about using his experience with all levels of the New Zealand education system to help others have successful experiences studying abroad.
Katharine Andersen
Director – New Zealand
Katharine is one of the founders of Epic Ed. She works with schools and universities all around New Zealand to select the best schools and programs for Epic Ed’s broad range of students. Originally from Australia, she moved to New Zealand and completed her Bachelor degree at Otago University in Dunedin before moving to Auckland. Katharine has an excellent understanding of the Australian and New Zealand tertiary system and uses her experience to support students navigate these systems to achieve their study goals.
